Lake Bled, Croatia. I spent 2 hours walking around the lake looking for a slightly different perspective. Around half-way I came across these shoes from the local rowing club scattered over a small jetty.
Bali, Indonesia. I was lucky enough to enjoy lunch at the family home of this young Balinese Dancer.
Melbourne Laneway , Australia. One of my favourites. The heavens opened up for around 10 minutes capturing pedestrians by surprise. As everyone ran for cover, this girl was enjoying the moment. Cafe patrons look on amused and a bystander shelters for cover in a doorway. I think this scene tells an interesting story.
Bali, Indonesia. I’m not an early morning person but it was worth the 4am rise to travel here in time for sunrise. These rice fields were bathed in a lovely golden light set against early morning mist and stunning Mount Agung Volcano.
Iceberg, Antarctica. Chiseled details, rich blue hues and a pristine landscape all contribute to this striking ice form.
Glenside, Adelaide. This was a night shoot (workshop) taken in a deserted mental hospital. The use of light painting helped to create this ethereal scene.
Melbourne, Australia. I spotted this graceful figure outside the NGV and quickly grabbed my camera. Shooting through the gallery‘s water wall added an abstract element.
Lyndoch, Australia. These star trails were created from around 50 individual exposures taken over a couple of hours and then stacked. I used torches to light-paint the house .. and add the smiley face :-)
